Cliffy B is the perfect target for trolls because how much he brags about himself on Twitter. Not saying he deserves it but hey if you're gonna put yourself out there you gotta live with the consequences.

Mike Gamble is pretty cool though. I don't think the flak he gets is all that reasonable, especially when he generally isn't arrogant when he tweets.

If that reddit rumor is true then we should be hearing some news about the DLC tomorrow.

Not keeping my hopes up. 

Although I am really itching for more DLC info I just have a very bad feeling that it's just going to be another Omega.

Well we already know it won't be completely like Omega. I doubt Cerberus will be involved and squadmate content is already confirmed.

Well not just that, but have the entire DLC feel completely mundane and pointless to the main plot. 

If you are a firefighter, and you see a burning building. I doubt you would go save some random kitten stuck on a tree in a completely different block of the town first.

And if the fire were in another state? Do you rush off across the state line to deal with that fire as well?

During WWII we rotated out soldiers to keep them from completly losing it on the battlefield and getting their brains blown out. I'd say the same thing is needed here, hell, we even had at least 2 multiplayer operations where this was a theme.

Thought we were talking about different systems and not the whole galaxy being a single house. Your kinda screwed at that point and losing the house is the only way to keep others from burning down.

Mike Gamble did say they were addressing feedback with the DLC, and a significant amount of feedback for Leviathan and Omega criticised the apparent pointlessness of those stories, or the impression some players had that the plots were insignificant when we've already completed the endings. A fair number of professional reviews questioned why players should even care about these side stories, when we know - and have endlessly debated about - how Shepard's story ends.

It's possible that part of addressing that feedback is ensuring that this new DLC feels more weighty - we'll have to wait and see. I certainly hope it's more akin to Lair of the Shadow Broker than Omega, in terms of things to do.

Agree with you. Mike Gamble seems to be pretty up front and honest about the game and he at least willing to post on BSN occasionally.

And OT but most of post ME3 release people have been honest, especially the MP team who will post and if someone asks why can't they do xyz in game, will respond with explanation of how it couldn't be done or too complex to add after ship.


edit: Although agree with taking things out of context, it could be about other games being released or just he having good week.
