I'm guessing his job is about keeping things running smoothly between departments. The title sounds managerial.

However this probably means that the next Mass Effect will still be more shooter oriented.

I disagree Lieber. I feel that Ejustinp is right, his job sounds managerial. If you go to his Linkedin profile, that seems to be what hes done in the past. Hes helped manage Gears of War, sure, but he has also worked on Madden and Nascar games. What he has done in the past isn't super relevant to what he will do in the next Mass Effect game.

And even if it will be relevant: third-person cover-based shooting mechanics are an important aspect of gameplay in the Mass Effect trilogy, and the GoW games are among the best in that regard (so I've heard, I never played GoW), so either way he'll sure make a great addition to the team.

I also hope his first assignment to his team is to put together a trailer... for science. :whistle:

Don't expect a trailer or anything anytime soon. Best guess would be E3 2014. Can't imagine NME coming out sooner than 2015.

Doesn't mean the montage video was even from the game, but I wouldn't rule it out so quickly.
