I thought it was most likely an Asari in armor on Illium. Zoom in and has slim waste with hips, looks like a purple face and no hair. Backdrop resembles Illium/Thessia. Could easily be completely wrong.

Huh, the concept art for new character looks human, but it could be a drell judging from the shape of the head. In both pictures they look very human, I hope it isn't a prequel!
