Does commanding a rogue reaper counts as a "vehicle"?

Boy, for such a big time organization, they sure do cry broke alot.

We had wonderful support on ME3, but as a writer I was keenly aware that my words started an avalanche of work for many, many departments. Cinematic design, voiceover, audio, localization, level design, concept artists, level artists, QA, etc... were all profoundly impacted by writing. Most modern game content isn't cheap, and when you're the kick-off point for months of work for many people, you try to make sure that content is used as wisely as possible.

That said, I do like reading feedback on how people felt about the tweaked dialogue system, so thanks for that.

Sylvf!  I didn't know you still looked around here - I saw one of the older threads you responded to, explaining some of the things you were involved in the writing of.

Do you know how writing works in the video game industry - as in, is it different anymore now than in past, or is it very much different in other game companies?   How do deadlines and all that work?  The only thing I really know is that, for Bioware, you guys would usually work on (a) specific thing(s), then get peer reviewed by the team (correct me if I'm wrong).

I've sort of been extra curious as to the details of it once I read some comments on how voice acting in a game makes it more difficult for the writers, due to the fact that the lines are more set in stone after you get the actor to read their given lines.

Pah, the Dragon Age team does not need your paltry efforts at restraint.

You must challenge them, with new content. More content. They must have words enough to suffer under, and through the pain, they shall find their worth.

The time for concern is over. The time to be timid long past. The time to rule is come.

So, uh, write more, please. :-)

That might not even be Mass Effect-related, given how many tweets about prototyping we've seen lately.

^It's in the Edmonton studio so I'd say it is ME related.

"No, it won't 'change' your ending. It will give more exposition about the reapers though!"

I'm not usually one to jump on the "screw IGN" bandwagon, but the title of that article is a blatant lie.

Why does that not surprise me? IGN is always exaggeratting everything, which is precisely the reason why I don't trust their reviews.

We don't know what the new DLC is exactly so why would we assume it'd change the ending anyway? Plus we got the EC which changed plenty.

keep in mind they said the same for the ec and yet we got the refusal ending and diolauge tree with catalyst

do you really think there going to come out and say oh yea this 3 to 4 hour sp dlc will change the ending? no of course not because they want it as a suprise
