I support a Twitter thread reboot, along with all the other more popular/longrunning threads. Just me though.

I would opt for a slightly darker colour scheme if there was one. I kinda liked the previous dark forums, made it kinda easier to read and not so much glare. But this new forums also look sleek and nice, so i guess there is a tradeoff.

I hope we can customize the foreground soon. I'm used to the darkness of BSN.

Also, needs more ME backgrounds

EDIT: EVERYONE! Use this addon for Firefox to change the colour of the white foreground and the text. Use this one for Chrome!

Sure could be little bit darker theme, but lets get back to original topic of this thread:

We're making something for BIOWARE! and now I am going to TELL YOU ALL ABO- mfff ffmmmmMMM MMM MMM! http://www.failbette...es.com/?p=1433

I've never heard about Failbetter Games and I don't know if this _something_ is related to DA or ME or something. Someone wiser than me could tell?

I have a feeling it has something to do with their new unannounced IP.  And looking at the type of stuff that company has worked on in the past it may be interesting to speculate on what the new IP is about.  That company worked on a steam punk, victorian kind of thing it I am not mistaken.

Oh, the fake @Gamblemike tweet. Every page must have one.

But they're so much better than the *real* ones!

Their two main settings seem to be

Fallen London - “Thirty years ago, London was stolen. Now it rests on the shore of the Unterzee, that old dark ocean under the world. Hell is close, immortality is cheap, and the screaming has largely stopped. Steamships ply all the wild black zee, between the Iron Republic and the Elder Continent, between Hunter’s Keep and the Travertine Spiral and the Dawn Machine. Welcome. Delicious friend.

Welcome to a dark and hilarious Victorian-Gothic underworld, where every choice has a consequence, from the style of your hat to the price of your soul."

Sunless Sea - Navigate, survive, explore! Roam a vast underground ocean in a customised steamship. Trade with strange new lands. Battle sea monsters. Smuggle souls. Seduce your crew. Go mad and hallucinate lizards.

Or is it two games and one setting? The settings sound very similar, both steam ships sailing on underground seas.

Sounds like a Victorian/Gothic style to me. Definitely not Mass Effect or Dragon Age's style. Could very much be a new IP.

Yeah, they're nothing like DA or Mass Effect. Of course they could well do stuff in a completely different genre to what they have before. After all, either they are or Bioware are, or both. They do sound like they focus on humor rather than trying to be too serious.

I think we'd take one grain of information from you over all the fan speculation from the web, Mr.Gamble  ;)

You know us. Give us any scrap of info we'll be analyzing for days. And I have plenty of free time on my hands at the moment, as does the Mass effect section of the new BSN :)
