Saw an article on Kotaku the other day about Miss Sinister. One of the best cos players I have ever come across. Nice to see her "Jack" getting some love from Bioware.

 

There's going to be some Mass Effect cosplay events at Pax East, so I'm guessing we'll see her there.

More seriously, I'm hoping that all this talk of space means the writers are maybe delving more into the philosophical strand of sci-fi that considers what it means to explore space and how that might affect humanity. That sense of wonder and danger was certainly a theme in ME1 (particularly in some conversations with Ashley and Kaidan), but the sequels didn't really capture that in the same way. Space has a grandeur and a mystery about it, and I'd love to have more of that in Mass Effect.

 

(Ann Lemay's interview a week or so ago was pretty encouraging on that front - I'm certainly partial to thoughtful sci-fi, and I think if anything ME needs more interesting thematic elements beyond organics building organic-killing synthetics so that synthetics won't kill organics, etc, etc, etc.)

It seems to be based on the whim of whichever Bioware dev is browsing the forum at the time. Blair Brown stickied the DA one about a year ago, and he doesn't even hang around the forums much at the moment. 

 

(Back before ME3 launched one user had an amazing confirmed features/FAQ thread with about 10x the content that's in either of these Twitter threads, and it was never stickied.)

 

Also, I'm guessing the DA forums are a lot more active than the Mass Effect ones at the moment, given that one franchise is releasing a game this year and one hasn't even announced its next project yet.
