Sales say otherwise.
Tomb Raider, which came out for 360/PS3 in 2013, got a "remastered" version (Definite Edition) with DLC (mostly multiplayer related) packed in and sold very well for PS4 and XB1; despite the fact that there was already a "superior" version available on PC since its launch.
That was like a GOTY version for a newly-released set of consoles which people had little else (at the time) to play on.
ME1-3 would be a different proposition - a much longer game experience for a set of fans who have already probably played through the whole lot multiple times. I'd be interested if the earlier games saw a lot of attention to get them up to scratch but the work involved in doing that would be, I assume, quite immense. Also I'd prefer it if these man-hours were spent on ME4 ![]()
