I would suggest you make a twitter account and ask those questions directly to the writers/developers.  Then, you can provide the responses you receive to this thread and we can all discuss them.  The more eyes on twitter the more information that won't slip through the cracks.

I have asked questions on twitter before but no one ever answers them. In fact I've had better luck within this month of reaching bioware people from this thread than I had for a whole year on twitter.
