Ah, so you thought my April 1 release date would only be a 'premium-priced batch of first drafts and concept arts' and now we suddenly get the game on april 17th?

Well if the story is already done, surely it only takes about a week to do all the other cinematics, combat, level design, programming, sound design, QA, certification and shipping? Maybe even five days if they crunch for a bit. Otherwise they're just being LAZY. 

 

That's what I assumed from the highly accurate, 100% true leak on 4chan that said there were 10 ending DLCs coming within about two months of ME3's launch. 

 

And if there's anyone who understands game development timelines, it's random fans on an internet forum, right?

Pascal, just you watch the "something fun" announcement will lead to a tease of an announcement which will lead to an announcement of teaser. It's an endless cycle hype that probably won't get an answer till the end of the year and Bioware laughing on the other side of the keyboard.
