Any idea if they'll be live streaming the Mass Effect Panels tomorrow? I know someone will probably record, but I think we'd all prefer to ''live the moment''

Not that I know of. There are official PAX East livestreams on Twitch, but the only Bioware related panel they have broadcast was the Mass Effect Cast Cosplay panel (Which was really cool!). Looking at their schedule for tomorrow, there's nothing Bioware related, unfortunately. As ElitePinecone said, there will most likely be some people live-tweeting it. Keep an eye on LadyInsanity's Twitter feed (https://twitter.com/ladyinsanity) when the panel's on. She seems to have attended all the other Bioware panels thus far, and live-tweeted a few details throughout, before writing a full summary on her blog. She has done a great job in covering the panels!

I attended the "Happy Birthday Commander Shepard" panel yesterday, which was mostly a silly Q&A with some of the devs. The only thing that's really worth noting was that someone asked "we know from the after-credits scene that tales of 'The Shepard' were told many years later, but what was the reaction to what Shepard did immediately after the battle on Earth?" The response? "We can't really talk about that at this time."

Maybe(big maybe) we will see something about this in the next game or some novel.
