It's too early, they're still pitching ideas which means things are still subject to change, the only things that wouldn't be subject to change are the setting, timeline, & protaganist, & as there rather important weighty subjects, they won't be let out of the bag just yet.

This may not mean anything, but based on that tweet about Code Chartreuse I did some digging on wikipedia and it turns out that yellow chartreuse was introduced in 1838, and green chartreuse was introduced in 1764. If you multiply those years together they create 3242232. At first, just gibberish. But look closer. One of many possible interpretations of this number is that it is the date "March 24 2232." Possible reference to a starting date for the next game? Maybe. If so, that's around 46 years after ME3 which would make it a sequel.
