Yeah, that tweet sounds like that. Though, I guess some extremly vague CGI teaser not even rendered by BW Montreal devs themselves could still happen at E3. But even that would have to be locked&ready&confirmed to make it in for E3 schedule, doesn't really fit with "hopefully soon".

Really?, just sounds like business as usual at BW to me, no more or less important than previous Tweet activity.
I'm pretty certain we're going to see something at E3. If the game is going to release sometime next year (it probably will), then they're going to have to announce it at E3.
As for it being any kind of exclusive; no. If it was XB1 exclusive and didn't come to PC, I would literally kill myself.
I think the hate towards EA and its money-making ambitions is somewhat exaggerated, but you're crazy if you think that company will limit sales to just the XBone.

They could possibly announce it later this year though and then do something big at next year's E3 - if the game is planned for late 2015. I still something at E3 is very likely, but it's not the only big news event of the year. There's Gamescom in August, N7 Day, and the VGAs.
(ME3 did this - it was announced at the VGAs in 2010 and was due for release in late 2011, before being delayed.)

Well, since the PS4 has sold more than 2 million more consoles than the XO at this point, ME2 and ME3 sold over 1.25 million units per game on the PS3 (and the trilogy sold 250,000 or so), and users will get acclimated to Dragon Age being available on both systems, it'd have to be an extremely hefty price-tag that I strongly doubt MS would be willing to pay.

IGN are doing a livestream thing all day every day for E3, and they've scheduled interviews/demos of various games.
Some of those "secret games" will supposedly be filled in between now and E3.

If those are all EA games... that's a lot of games. And that means that it's likely one of them is ME4.
Is anyone else really excited that in under 2 weeks we might actually get a name and details for ME4?
