I don't really expect any concrete information to be shown anytime soon except for maybe a title for the game. And that is exactly what I expect/hope to see at SDCC: the title and a little video with vague things like E3.

I, and a lot of people, just want some very basic details, especially regarding the timeline and general setting. I don't expect a trailer and I certainly don't expect any details which might be subject to change. I don't even care about the name. It's not a lot for committed fans to ask for at this stage of development, and it won't screw up ME:N's marketing strategy.

I thought that was related to Dragon Age, though.

 

Plus they just sent everyone an email about this Nightmare thing. Doesn't really seem like they'd do that for a small project with another studio known for their text-based adventure games.

Hm, I think you might be right about the Fallen London devs, but I reckon they're creating an ARG as a marketing tool for the actual new IP reveal.
