Well, the few things we've seen so far doesn't collaborate with that. The art style in that E3 video looked very similar to the one from the original trilogy.

But if the main character is N7 then it must be human only... unless it's a sequel, because they started making aliens N7 if I remember right.

 

This actually would be in favor of a sequel, because in ME3 Multiplayer every character had a nickname of N7 Spec Ops, regardless of race.

Since E3 it's been looking likely that the game is set after ME3. Casey said that things were "moving forward".

I believe he sees the Mako's wheels as like Lego vehicle wheels, and the environment in the Mako driving screenshot as like a SWTOR barren level with similar style (can't tell much from a screenshot like that though imo). And maybe even the Hero as more of an action figure than before.

I don't think the style of the vehicles is really any different in TOR from other games--it's the character models that TOR is usually identified with.

I don't think the style of the vehicles is really any different in TOR from other games--it's the character models that TOR is usually identified with.

I honestly think he just meant that things are going overboard with sleek to the point of looking like toys or something like that. But honestly, it isn't like we know that the visuals are finished (maybe not even close), and the E3 trailer bit was imo very nice looking.

Not really. Even flashing forward 500 years, Liara, Grunt, Wrex and maybe Samara would still be alive.

Or it just means that if you pick a human as the main character he/she is N7.  Other races may be different specialists.

I really hope that doesn't mean we'll be seeing Garrus as a teenager in Turian highschool and it means that we'll be seeing Garrus as a gruff military commander instead.
