Krogans are unlikely, very different body and voice, makes intercharacter animations much more difficult than the others. Quarians... I wouldn't call it probable unless they formally reveal what quarians look like and we have moments without the suit.Given Dragon Age: Inquisition, I think multiple playable races is entirely possible.
I wouldn't bet on one of them being drell, though. Probably council races + quarians and/or krogan.

We all remember that Xbox magazine DAI article that misspelled "Solace" and gave a slew of other incorrect "information" 
PC Gamer also mixed up Josephine and Sera.
