They haven't revealed the Bioware Base schedule for PAX East yet, so a Mass Effect panel is still a possibility I think.

If a new Mass Effect is being revealed this year, i'm guessing it's got to be at E3, since EA was accused of not having much to show other than Inquisition, some football games and a lot of teasers.  The ME game that I think is a better bet for an appearance is the new Mirror's Edge.

I would be shocked if all we got from next ME at E3 2015 was just more concept art and conceptual prototypes. Full reveal is due IMO, if it skips this E3 then it means the game won't even come out till 2017. I'm not buying that EA would essentially give Bioware 5 years for next ME

Didn't they give Bioware 4 years for DA:I?  That said, I'm hoping for an E3 announcement of ME to release in Autumn 2016.*

No way will it be released this year. No game is released the same year it's revealed.
