Same here. They haven't done an update in ages. The only reason I could imagine it getting an update is for the MP, but even then, it's been running fine of late.
EDIT: I just turned on Origin and checked for updates for ME3. There was a 200 MB patch to be applied. Very strange

Ok, so curiosity got the best of me. I installed the patch and booted up ME3 (god it's been so long). I decided to start the game and load the auto-save file right before the ending.
Maybe this was already part of the base game, but did we ever get an e-mail quoting passages from the Synthesis ending?
I certainly don't remember it. And it seems to have popped up on chars that chose endings other than Synthesis as well.
(Maybe I am reading way too much into this...)

Yeah, was probably best to get that possibility out of the way. I know plenty of people who wanted it
(And that's coming from a guy who's picked Synthesis and still doesn't no which ending is his canon...)

Happened on Origin on my PC. I'm also very curious what the other 199.99 MB were all about. Maybe the rest was actual maintenance, but it's still very strange that they'd release such a large patch so far out from release.
