Well, yes he's a speculator but nonetheless It's an educated guess from someone with connections in the industry so I don't really disregard his opinion.

The only industry connections that would matter in this case would be if he was told that date from someone in EA or Bioware directly, and then it becomes a leak and not a prediction. 

 

To me it seems like he just says this stuff based on where he thinks the games need to go in EA's financial schedule, without thinking at all about the individual circumstances of each game. Or worse, he just picks it up from random media speculation.

He's the one who predicted that there would be 6 ME games before the end of the last gen, so the only "connections" I see him having are more in the distillery department.
