Enjoy that controller support.
I know, right? Its great being able to use both keyboard and controller, and switch between them on the fly.

Thats because #PCMASTERRACE
It's reached comparable sale prices on consoles a couple of times before, too, actually.
Regardless, the PC version is still better.
That's awesome, must have.

Holy $%#^. 10 lbs and $400 + shipping? And it'll come in Q1 2016? Eish.
I'm gonna have to think a little while before I order this thing.
EDIT : I mean, I want one, really badly.

You've ripped my heart out and thrown into a fire while it's still beating.

Oh, I should've clarified the part in () was at anyone who is a "my consoles better than yuors" mentality not you as I really don't know wether or not you were serious or mocking.I edited "you" to "anyone"

It's all good in my book.
Regardless, the PC version is still better.
Why not both?

I want that Scorpion really badly but there is no way I can justify spending £265 on what will basically be a toy for a grown man. It would be a toy as well. I would play with it instead of locking it away in a display case like the collectible it is. This is why I can't have nice things.
NO way i am going to spend that much money on a replica but if it was real... ![]()
I'm sure PC gaming is fantastic and the way to go, but not everyone here can afford $2,000 computers to process high res games with reasonable RAM.
I have to stick to my $350 console for the near future...
But maybe one day I'll switch to PC. One can hope right?
But anyway, back on topic. Who doesn't want the scorpion, but what I said ^^^ I have no money.... I think I can settle for the elcor! ![]()

I didn't really want to start all that, I game on both consoles and PC (and enjoy both), but I think its important to refute this idea that you need $2000 to game on PC. A good (not even decent, but GOOD) gaming PC will run you $650. (LINK) You can get away with spending far less money. Can you locate a PC made in the last 6 years? Put a $100 graphics card in it and you have a "gaming PC". I have several friends that game on nothing but laptops with integrated graphics, times have changed. I started with PC gaming because I came from a family where even a $350 console is a "maybe someday...." kind of expense. I scrounged for used PC components wherever I could find them, and built a rig that at least let me play HL1 and Halo PC. I spent most of my time with mods, since I couldn't afford games at retail prices. The experience I gained with modding and PC hardware is a lot of the reason why $350 is no longer a "maybe someday..." kind of expense for my family.
It irks me to no end that brands like Alienware have fooled people into thinking you need some big flashy expensive thing to play games.
@The1Wynn and @YanickRRoy Q&A with the team! Their open, candid attitudes always appreciated! #BioWare
They look so displeased in this shot nah! More serious face for a serious question! :-)

While I agree with your basic point, I do have somewhat of a problem with your link. A PC built on a $650 budget in 2013 is not going to be able to play a lot of AAA games very well by 2021. Most people will want to upgrade before that. But even taking that into account, I'd say PC is certainly no more expensive than console. Probably still cheaper.
I decided to convert to PC and while there are many things about it that I love, it still can't completely replace my console. I play on PC when I can but with a lot of favourites being exclusives and a lot of great games not having controller support (I'm looking at you Bioware - DAO, DA2, ME1-3) it's not quite the gaming revolution I thought it would be. That said, I wouldn't give up mods for anything.
I don't even own a PC. I get the perks, but I'll be a console enthusiast until the day they die. Or I die. Or we both die. Or we all die. Or... whatever.
I would love to have a console if it weren't for two things:
1) I hate controllers with a passion, mouse and keyboard is the only thing that works for me.
2) I prefer the PC UI most of the time
I hope we do get some information at E3 though - even if it's only when to expect information.

AAA games are not what they used to be. A 6 year old PC has no problem playing AAA games today, so I don't see why it wouldn't work. Sure, you might have to turn down the graphics settings some, but it will still play. Consoles are just PCs with more overhead now, so if consoles last 8 years, PCs should as well.
