So are they already doing cinematic cutscenes? (or a teaser?)
Had to guess, they're likely prepping a teaser for E3.

I actually got goosebumps watching that one video - so much great work from the Team! This game is going to ROCK! #BioWare
*bangs head on desk repeatedly*
Why can't this game come out already?
Sorry, I know y'all are working hard on it, but man. This waiting is a killer.
I think we just managed to blow @GambleMike away with a presentation. #space

I wanna seeeeeeeee
/whine.
If anything, I think this illustrates why WE NEED PROPER MOD TOOLS FOR DA AND ME.
Yah, no joke. Imagine how short Cmdr Shepard and the rest of his crew were in comparison to Skyrim people.

Even though I liked the post, I'll wait 'till I see Mike Gamble's tweet.
"Violence, Krogans and Rock n Roll"?
Well alright. Now, see that's what I'm talking about.

They're almost always there. Last time, they teased it. So I would assume they would do SOMETHING.

They should finally get this boat going and let us know about the plot of MENext at E3.
These forums will live again once they do that.

I'd settle for a title even.

Shinobi and co seemed to think it was "Mass Effect: Contact" but I'm increasingly thinking it'll be "Mass Effect: Pathfinder", similar to what DA did with "Inquisition".

When the DAI survey came out, there were several potential titles. Could be different at this point.

Pathfinder sounds better.
I'd be inclined myself to call it Contact as a tribute, but it wouldn't be much of one if the themes don't mesh.

Based on rumours from a couple of years ago it sounds like Contact was the working title for an FPS (!) shooter (!) that was supposedly meant to take place during the First Contact War, but nobody I've ever read has been able to confirm whether that project actually was in development or if a fan just made it all up.
The 'leaked' survey synopsis is significantly different to what I imagined "Contact" would be about, and I reckon they probably will go with something like Pathfinder. It even has a cool space exploration reference.
Contact might come back if they ever made a prequel game about humanity's earliest encounters with the council races and the war with the turians, but I don't think that's part of the plan now. If I had to guess, Casey Hudson abandoned the initial plan to do a prequel game back in 2012 when he was asking fans if they preferred a prequel or sequel, and they moved on to this new NME thing rather than doing a First Contact War-era prequel.
Mass Effect: The Rise of Cerberus.
Mass Effect: The Rise of Cerberus.
I wouldn't have a problem with that if TIM makes a return. It was only his clone we saw on the Citadel.
