Im sure Jos is making many more small moments like these in the next game. Because Space has been strong in this one.

I recall it being pretty freaking amazing. The whole thing almost gives you that sense of vertigo - like how walking in mag boots must feel when everything is upside down in zero G.
It's a great bit of the game.
Thank you, you are too kind. Glad that it's considered memorable and great. ![]()

Pfff, as if anyone wants to see space in Mass Effect.

Nothing beats #space in Mass Effect.
Seriously, I would love another zero-G sequence in ME: Next. Those were always great in Dead Space and more recently, Alien: Isolation.

If anything, I'd like to see more space! Make some more interactive segments that take place in space. Have us ride a shuttle from an uncharted world to an abandoned space station, only to have the shuttle get caught in a beam that shuts it down. Then have the main character use his space suit to fly to said space station, look for entrances (multiple ones with different skills required to enter), find different loot in each one, different pieces of a schematic, etc.
Possibilities are endless in #space ![]()

What mission is that? I'm not sure if I just can't remember it or maybe I just never did it...

You had to do it to progress through the story.

It's the Geth Dreadnought with screenshots courtesy of freecam (and some texture mods, thank god for PC we are moving to the newer generation of consoles). What's interesting is that in freecam you can float around and see how Jos managed to create the level (including the clever use of scale and lowres Quarian ship models) to make it work.
For example most people don't know that the Normandy is actually attached to the end of the docking tube.

Shhh! Those ships are real to some people!

The Normandy is real. It's out there, somewhere. You are having a bad dream.
You do realise someone, somewhere is going to use that quote as proof that Bioware has canonized IT, right? ![]()

Would be a better way to go than the leak suggests they are.

They made the IT a saint?
Yes, yes, Saint Normandy.
Quick, someone with photoshop whip me up a pic of the Normandy wearing the pope's hat.
I would, but that would take me owning photoshop in the first place.
EDIT : Actually, scratch that. We've already had enough of religion in this thread.

Spotted this car in my neighbourhood this morning. I'm hoping it's a fan, but it might as well be @tibermoon 's car.

Pretty sure it's a Mercury Mountaineer, which is basically a rebranded Ford Explorer.

Mercury.
It was a Ford brand, like Lincoln and was marketed as a mid-way point going up the luxury scale from Ford branded cars to the Lincoln brand. But at it's base, it was essentially a more expensive twin to whatever Ford vehicle it was analogous to.
In the end, Ford got rid of the Mercury brand because...well...it was redundant.
