It might be fake, but I'd pay for a DLC that added our war assets into Priority:Earth. Who honestly wouldn't want a short scene of Wrex and Grunt fighting back to back against a horde of husks or a scene of Jack and her students either bombing the hell out of Reaper troops or saving some soldiers with barriers?

That sort of thing would've been brilliant originally but it's really tough to do it now. It's more something that should've been planned from the start of ME3's development, I really doubt they'd bother now.

It took them three months or so to do Extended Cut, and adding in War Assets would probably be even more content. The devs have said ending content is over, and I think (unfortunately) we're going to have to accept Priority:Earth for what it is.

I would give all the Mp characters their own original art assets, instead of having drell that are dressed just like Thane, Turians that look like Garrus, Slayers being Kai Leng with a helmet etc.

Get rid of the RNG store and replace it with the SP store that lets you buy a gun at level 1 and. have you pay more credits/BW points to level it up.
