Ouch, you're kind of in the worst time zone for live E3 viewing. The only solution i no sleep till all conferences are over
Yeah, I don't mind doing it once a year though. I have a bunch of Australian gaming friends and we just hang out on Twitter at 3am and chat about all the press conferences while inhaling coffee.

i think they are so fare in making this game
that we could be getting multiplayer gameplay also :X
( i have big hopes for this e3)

i hope we get gameplay i mean i feel like the game will be out before E3 next year.

Doubt it. I think I read it'll be out by October next year.

really? oh well then mabey we won't get gameplay if that's true. i thought mabey april or may next year. well then mabey we will get a ME 1 2 3 remaster?

wrong we dont even have a title on the game
so a release date is out of the question that information you got there
can only be wrong.
I'm always torn about seeing gameplay when it's still likely a year or so away... I'd love to see the game in action, but at the same time features you get hyped about now might not be in the game at release.
You mean like every game ? ![]()

4 months of difference isn't that much ¬¬U

I repeat it's only what I read. Could be wrong, or right, I don't know.
^It's wrong for sure ![]()
But also the way the devs has been hinting things teasing us
yeah we will get stuff at this e3 and im so pumped for it.
You mean like every game ?
Just thought it'd be nice if ME:N could avoid the all-too-familiar chorus of "Downgrade!" at release... ![]()

That only happened to the Witcher because high-fidelity graphics is something the games are renowned for, and was something everyone was expecting when the game was initially shown. I doubt the same thing would happen to ME because graphics aren't something that the ME games are known for or focus on.
Either way, it's on Frostbite 3 so I'm betting it's going to look great in the end

It can be a double-edged sword too, though - look at some of the lukewarm reactions to AC Syndicate when it showed very early code that was clearly a bit buggy. Any publishers doing this sort of thing would be assuming that the goodwill generated from being "honest" outweighs the marketing benefits of showing unrealistic versions of their games, but I'm not sure that's necessarily the case. Plenty of people seem to buy games because they have impressive demos or trailers, and might not even care that the resolution or graphics aren't 100% of what it looked like a year earlier.
I suppose the best solution would be to show an "honest" version of the game that looks good enough to wow the audience on its own merits and without resorting to artificial stuff, and that might be why they've taken so long to announce Mass Effect.

only witcher ? wrong xD
only witcher ? wrong xD
What other games have been released recently and panned for a downgrade in graphics? The only other game I think of was Watch_dogs but the controversy was nowhere near as large as it was for W3.
xD
Got my leave from work tomorrow, my body is ready!

I wasn't thinking of the Witcher alone, but those AAA-and-otherwise games who put together "gameplay" videos based on an overambitious assumption of what they think it will look/play like at release. To DA:I's credit, it looked as good (hell, likely better) at release than in the early gameplay demos they gave of it. So I'm not expecting ME to "cheat" on the gx end. But... DA:I didn't get in all the features they had talked about.
I have no doubt ME:N will look great, especially given they won't have the constraints of having to run on older consoles. I was more concerned about hyping gameplay features that don't make it to release..
I'm gonna have to watch it on youtube. My day tomorrow is full and I can't take off. ![]()

Ahh, I thought you were talking about graphics. Hopefully Bioware is smart enough to only show stuff they're confident of and not make empty promises or be too ambitious. I have faith!

Ok here is the list
just on the top of my head
Witcher 3
watch dogs
dark souls 2
Alien colonial mariens
Far cry 3
( hell even)
rainbow six the new game that is coming out already got downgraded from the original e3 gameplay.
uncharted series got downgraded
brothers in arms hells highway
Rome total war 2
What? Watch Dogs downgrade was way more criticized then TW3. The only thing that made TW3's downgrade in some way worse is the fact people didn't expect CDPR to do it, While it was somehow expected from Ubisoft. What other games have been released recently and panned for a downgrade in graphics?
