Bethesda's entire presentation - Doom, Dishonored 2 and Fallout 4 was awesome.

 

But E3's only just begun!

i couldent help by thinking how much fallout 4 in that small gameplay completely destroyed witcher 3 ( witch i thought would be game of the year)

 

but as it turns out holy **** fallout 4 will steal that my god !

 

and doom HOLY HOLY **** ! 

 

dishonerd on the other hand i couldent care less for but thats just me.

Loved the presentation, all about their games with little filler on it. Couldn't ask for more.

Good first day, Nintendo World Championships and Bethesda. Now for the rest of it I want to see Mass Effect, StarFox, Metroid, KH3, and pretty much whatever Nintendo and Bioware have got else to show. I want to be hyped for Star Wars but I'm worried.

I don't know if I agree with their decissions to have less maps, no classes or space battles. If you're going to remove the prequel era at least offer more options in the original. Other than that I hope we here news about a Star Wars RPG that isn't MMO or Mobile.

Yeah, Fallout 4 just had to rain on Witcher 3's victory parade. There is no way that TW3 is getting massive GOTY awards now. Hell, I don't see it getting RPG GOTY awards now. Fallout 4 is just cool and this is coming from someone who couldn't get into Fallout 3/New Vegas.

Not a real fan of how defined your PC's backstory is in Fallout 4. Other than that, looks great.

I am very excited for ME news tomorrow but boy am I scared now. Fallout 4 just came and took a **** on everything. It made Witcher 3 look like a baby. Good luck to anyone competing against that, coz you are gonna need it. I guess thats what you expect from a guy (Todd Howard) who made Oblivion, Fallout 3 and Skyrim.

 

I hope Mass Effect is as exciting tomorrow. One can hope right?

So, I just watched the Bethesda presentation. Nothing there for me. Parts of Fallout looked dated and the animations were pretty wooden.

 

The only interesting thing (for me) were the voiced first names of the Fallout-PC and the crafting.

Apparently, they recorded over 1000 different names. This has to be in Mass Effect.

Pretty cool conference from Bethesda. They certainly came to their first conference armed with goodies. Though I have to admit I'm a bit confused as to why so many people seem beyond ecstatic from Fallout 4 ? It looked great, all the crafting and possibilites to create your house etc. but it doesn't seem to be anything to get crazy about.

Well, hopefully, Bioware will enable us to have similar reactions !

Unimpressed about Fallout's visuals here. Seems like an Skyrim with better lightning.

I think it's because it's been a while since the last one, so long that even the expectations and speculations have a twinge of nostalgia to them. 

 

Personally, I'm looking forward to the Dishonored remaster.

Many of the people in that room will probably think the same of a potential Mass Effect trailer it's just what happens when you're a fan of something that hits a particular interest or fascination in you

I'm in the UK but I've been working nights so just going to bed now ready to wake up to the E3 tonight. Someone give me a quick reminder of the time it starts again, please?

 

Also, I just watched the Fallout 4 stuff and it looked incredible. I couldn't play Fallout NV because the 3rd person was awful (hate first person) and there was no voice protagonist. Both have been fixed and now I've got a new game to look forward to THIS YEAR that I didn't even know I was waiting for. Some FO fans have been crying "Nooo, it's too Mass Effecty/Dragon Agey!" and I was like "Yes! Finally a Fallout game I can play!"

 

So Bioware might have a hard time topping the sheer amount of content shown, or generating the same amount of buzz but I reeeeally hope they do. Ball's in your court guys!

OK, this is pretty heavy...

 

"Next version of Creation Engine".....an engine based on the ES IV (Oblivion)' one....which in turn it's based on the ES III (Morrowind)' one...a game that is already 13 years old.

 

No wonder it looks similar to Fallout 3 and Skyrim....Bethesda, please EVOLVE already.

Never understood the so-called controversy surrounding the Witcher 3, either. The game still looks amazing and, even more importantly, is optimised superbly (mmm, smooth frame rates). And it's fun. That's what I'm looking for in a game.

 

I'm in the UK but I've been working nights so just going to bed now ready to wake up to the E3 tonight. Someone give me a quick reminder of the time it starts again, please?
