I'm amused with all the gushing over this trailer. It looks pretty, but apart from that, it's really quite generic. It's told us nothing meaningful except that at least SOME aspects of the leak are true. I've been steeling myself for that, but it's still a disappointment. At least we've been shown nothing yet which makes it impossible for a future game to go back to the MW. I'll hold out hope until we get more info, but I won't be buying this if my fears are confirmed. I won't waste money on a JJ Abrams style approach.

I'm amused with all the gushing over this trailer. It looks pretty, but apart from that, it's really quite generic. It's told us nothing meaningful.
It showed us:
- the title of the game
- the release date
- what it will approximately look like
- two of the squadmate species
- two new combat abilities
- the return of the Carnifex
- the new Mako
- a few wildlife enemies
What more do you expect 1.5 years before release?

People want to see conceptual gameplay and vertical slices 3 years before release (the way Ubisoft does it) and then be outraged when the game finally comes out and doesn't meet their expectations.
