The multiplayer isn't for everyone. Some love it, like me, and some get bored of it. I still believe that bioware should continue supporting both parts of the game as long as they wish. Can't wait for Omega & Retaliation!

He was just telling them to play it, he wasn't hinting at anything.

It fills me with pain to say so, but I'm fairly certain he's not hinting at anything. They said they were done with the endings, and for better or worse, that's what it's going to be. Doesn't make me happy, I still wish they would put out some DLC for people who want more out of it, but that's that.

Is Leviathan the only SP DLC that has been released so far?

I haven't looked at anything ME related since ME3's release date so no idea what has been released for SP DLC so far.

At the moment, Omega's been announced and there will be news next week.

Oh yeah, I definitely support multiplayer's right to exist and the fans' right to to enjoy it. XD It's great for a match or two every now and then for me, too, anyway.

Pretty much this. It's funny since before the release of ME3, most of BSN said it would be terrible, would take away from the single-player, etc. It turned out to be a pretty decent addition to the game, and many people still enjoy the game and give positive feedback

And, d'aww.

Well, duh. Today's a Saturday. :-)

In any event, the big question becomes if you're even working on ME3 anymore. "Not multiplayer" is not the same thing as "single-player". ;-)

Yes. But Omega is due to be released later this month or sometime next (they might have some sort of teaser for it at NYCC next week).

There's another single-player DLC in the pipe as well. No current information beyond that, though.

Only the random unlock system SUCKS for those of us who only play every so often.

IDK, it gets tedious to me after a while.

Meh, the system does kinda suck but I really don't mind.

I have spurts when it comes to ME3 MP. For months I haven't touched it - or rather, I think I played once in one month just to get the benefit of a mission..but then I got tired of keeping up with the missions to get crap items so I didn't even play for a couple months after that.

However, these past 2 days I've been playing constantly. I think I'm more excited for the new enemy. SOMEthing to make MP lively again. Good God it's boring as hell sometimes.

Then play more, problem solved. Everyone had to invest time.

I believe she means a non-randomized system would allow players to choose which equipment to purchase, helping everyone but being particularly useful for those appropriating limited amounts of time. We would still need to "invest time".

I'm all for free content but can you imagine joining the game this late and having three or four DLCs worth of content to unlock? It'd be very motivating to a new player to buy some packs. Maybe that was the plan all along.

How many days left until NYCC?

I think it might be a EA event that is going on independent of NYCC.

Bioware's panels are on October 12, I think. Michael Gamble will be on a panel with Dark Horse comics (and possibly some writers?), I'm tentatively guessing we'll see an Omega announcement then.

In the NYCC announcement thread, it says that only Mac Walters and Chris Priestly will be at Dark Horse panel. So I think it's gonna be some separate EA press thingy before or during NYCC

A Dark Horse panel doesn't seem like the suitable place for a DLC announcement. How many times have we incorrectly guessed that announcements will be made at conventions in the past? The EA thing sounds more promising.
