You know how sometimes some poor young devs happily add the project they're working on to their LinkedIn, and don't realize that they're not supposed to even do THAT yet? And the press finds that info and runs with it? 

 

I've always wanted to put "Working on Transformers/My Little Pony MMO" on my LinkedIn, just to see what'd happen.

The new ME is in development since 2012 and they didn't even reveal the name of it, I've found that really disappointing.

 

You know, making the game is far more interesting and important than locking down its name. 

 

 

I'm a lil frustrated w/ this, tbh. just sum concepts? and still won't speak abt basic setting? or the name? sigh.

 

Not to try and incite a riot, but what makes you think there wasn't a snippet of work in progress in-engine content in there?

I'm glad there's just the tiniest bit out there now. Even if it's not a lot to go on, and I can't reveal stuff myself, it's nice to see we're sharing a little bit at least. I personally love to see that happening, so today is pretty good for that.

At this point I think it's written in the stars that the next major chunk of info will be at N7 day. 

 

We'll probably hear a few more vague #nocontext hints before then though.

EDIT: And yes, I know I was certainly pretty surprised at a nomination at E3 for the new Mass Effect. As the biggest surprise, no less. I didn't think anyone would be surprised about the new Mass Effect existing.

I will say that it's been pretty interesting to read about people's expectations and predictions for the new Mass Effect, especially since the E3 video.

Yeah, but a vague answer would still be looked into enough for some outlet to turn into an article, and where would we be then? I'd prefer to avoid getting into a situation where I'm told of for allowing my answers to turn into things like that. I commend you for trying, but loose lips sink ships (SHIPS CONFIRMED), and I think you'll survive the wait.
