I may be misrepresenting the super serious video game politics behind that, but the name change is a thing either way.

There is a reason I asked and didn't assume. I also said in my post the game could be delayed but the dates he gave was way out. So I asked it also didn't look like a joke posted like they were serious.Woah I don't know when making a joke about how games are always delayed somehow became trolling? I mean if being tongue in cheek is outright trolling than anyone with a sense of humor is a troll.
Its not even on the level of green/blue/red jokes sense he isn't even being negative about the game. He made one of the most harmless jokes a video game player can make and its treated like baiting into a fight, its just really odd.

I have found that it's actually pretty handy to try and draw out a mission in top-down rough layout sketch to break down story beats. #space
Not only does it help me actively visualize what spaces the player will be going through, but also everyone working with me. #space
What kind of location is it? Does that dictate the general shape of how layouts work? (yes it does) Does the space connect naturally?
What if you need to be in a type A environment for scene 1 to work, but scene 2 requires a different kind of space? How do you connect them?
The connective tissue of a mission or level is almost just as important as the "setpiece" moments and scenes. It needs to be convincing.
That is also to say, I spent my day today poring over mission notes, and constructing a layout on a whiteboard to put it together. #space
And now that layout is a picture in an email shared with all the people working on the mission, and we can use it as a point of reference.
Because my artist needs to get a cool moment to really make something awesome, and the writing needs to be supported, and cinematics.
And in the discussions today our embedded QA person had some really good ideas on how certain things fit together, and we're using that.
You know how you make great things working with other people? Having everyone have a stake in the process.
And you never know what you might not think about that someone else has given a great deal of consideration, and sits right next to you.
Wait, what am I saying? I can't break the illusion that I just play games all day for a living. Ignore all those previous tweets, please.
The reality isn't a lot of people under pressure to create something cool for sometimes years on end and hoping people will like it.
The reality is, of course, that we just polish up the graphics in level 3 with a gamepad, and just imagine everything into existence.
Incidentally, as a side effect of doing top-down layout stuff, @GambleMike gets to see it and hopefully thinks I know what I'm doing, too.

Hire the best, and allow them to continue to be the best. Make decisions where needed. That's it.

IE: reference to a tweet about schematic god
Oh, God, don't tell me they are going to implement a crap like DAI system....
The PC version is awful. Do I have to put together 5-10 different systems for a weapons or armour? Do I have to navigate menus back and forth to get the info I need before I can make an informed decision as to which part of a schematic is better? Do I have to go back and forth between specialized stations?

Just to clarify, schematics is the term for the visual scripting language used in the Frostbite editor.

I've watched her streams a couple of times and I can safely say she's the best MP player I've seen. Granted, I haven't seen many others stream it, ME3MP is much more fun to play than it is to watch, I think, but if you're looking for someone who kicks butt at the game and is always happy to provide tips and tricks, look her up ![]()
On an entirely different note: BioFan, where was our weekly Bioware update last weekend? ![]()

Well, if you remove the dialog and the story every mission is the same fedex crap mmo filler. So, yes.
