Is this like official with new info or someone replaying Trilogy?

The trilogy takes place between 2183 and 2186. The earth government doesn't believe Shepard and doesn't prepare for a war. There is no contingency plan and all available resources are allocated to the war effort and the construction of the crucible when the reapers attack earth.

 

Humanity has only a handful of dreadnoughts in 2186 and not the capabilities to built the ship from the trailer in a few months.

Earth governments have contingency plans for basically every possible situation, what makes you believe that it will changed in the future?

As far as I know it's just them playing the Citadel DLC with the fans making the decisions. We can always hope for new info during it though
