I prefer Purgatory but Afterlife is good too. Looking forward to show off Pathfinder's dance moves in the Andromeda clubs. Can't be worse than Shepard I guess.
I wouldn't claim victory so casually xd

I wouldn't be sure about that.
Mass Effect Andromeda, which was formerly known under the working name of Mass Effect 4, remained for discreet hour while its output is still scheduled for the fourth quarter 2016. The game, however, reminds us by through a very bad news.
If the name Chrys Wynn evokes nothing to you, know that it is nothing less than the director of development for Mass Effect Andromeda. Or should we say he "was" the person in charge of this function. We actually learned through the twitter account of the gentleman he left BioWare, the studio responsible for the development of the title. However, he did not mention the reasons for his departure, but its successive tweets relayed these words:
" It is with a heavy heart that today I announce that I leave BioWare and Mass Effect Andromeda, and returns to the USA. The team of Andromeda is the most talented team I've worked, it was very inspiring to have worked with you every day.
I will join the N7 passionate community and eagerly await the release of Andromeda with the same enthusiasm. Thank you and happy holidays."
If these words are not particularly alarming about the health of the game, you should never see an eye reassured the departure of an important collaborator as director of development. For now, no replacement name has been communicated by Bioware. The hope for an outlet for the end of 2016, however, is increasingly unlikely in our sen

Whatever, I'm still hoping for a 2016 release but at this point I just want some actual gameplay footage.

It did not.

Yeah. If anything, Bioware has never been better as a company then after they became a developer for EA.

But... But EA is the worst thing ever! Everything they touch is ruined! All they do is evil! Screw EA!

^yeah I took a good hard look at my game library and (even without BioWare).... it's pretty much EA lol

Not me, take away my Bioware games and I have zero EA games.
Star Wars Battlefront is just insulting.
What have I missed since Christmas? Besides Chris leaving, has there been any tidbits on Andromeda? Also, BioFan you need to broaden your horizons, I'm pretty sure there stuff out there you haven't played that might interest you. If you like character interaction and romance as well as strategy maybe Fire Emblems up your path.

No really new tidbits on Andromeda, but I'm hoping that we do get something before E3 since that's probably when the big reveals will happen.
Same haven't played one of their sports games either for years now. MEA probably be the only game I buy from them this Gen.Not me, take away my Bioware games and I have zero EA games.

Well.
My two cents - I think all this panic over the supposed "rats jumping sinking ship" is unnecessary at best. The statement clearly mentions that Mr. Wynn is moving back the US. If he just up and quit for reasons of "creative differences" or other general form of discontent with the company, would it not be easier for him to stay in the area and try to find alternate employment there? Moving - uprooting your whole life, and that of your family, only to set it down somewhere else - is a drastic decision not made lightly and nothing but hassle and pain in the butt, more so if you are moving across borders, and if you have a family (kids have to go to school regardless of your employment status, and if your spouse works also, that is certainly something to consider). Not to mention that some of the foremost gaming companies (e.g. Bethesda, Eidos, Ubisoft, etc.) have studios in the Montreal area, many of which I am sure would be happy to have him if he had to find a new job. All things considered, this "departure and move to the US" seems to me to be less about the "departure" and more about the "move to the US".
Another thing to consider is that this whole affair has so far been conducted in a very amicable tone. There is nothing in the language of either Mr. Wynn or BioWare that would hint at a hostile situation (though the statement made by BioWare is very corporate "wish him best in the future", and says nothing of their actual attitude, as is to be expected of this sort of official communication). Plus, if you want to see what a messy break-up looks like, look no further than the Konami/Kojima soap opera which has - very publicly and very spectacularly - unraveled across various media during the past year or so. Although this was an admittedly extreme case, it is also a prime example on how to mishandle a hostile termination of a senior employee. Yay the internet.
Tl;dr - the sky is not falling. Please cease any premature flailing about in panic that may have been commenced. If no flailing about in panic was commenced, proceed to relax, enjoy the holidays and stuff your face with something sugary, medically inadvisable and utterly delicious.

Calm down, everyone, the Mako remains flawless.
Chill.
Which for me is a shame I mean ME2 and 3 pretty much plays like Gears but with powers. I mean even the MP is like Horde mode in Gears. Don't really get the hate but whatever.Remember when Chris Wynn joined and everyone flipped their tables because he worked on Gears?
I find it funny to see people claiming the end of everything in both cases

But are you sure they're the same people?
Same developer, but there wasn't as much buzz as it is right now.
The ME forum wasn't as active, and truth be told, it was not a big deal back then.
About the hate, it comes from the discussion of making the games more of a shooter than rpg.
Makes sense I guess I mean I played 2 before 1 I like 1 more.Same developer, but there wasn't as much buzz as it is right now.
