Mass Effect: Andromeda Editor LEAVES http://www.polygon.c...or-bioware-exit
I think your bolding is a little dramatic ![]()
The editing team has, like, 2-3 other people minimum.

senior editor left... too many key persons leaving. This reminds me about the Rainbow Six Patriot development. A lot of senior officials left and it became Rainbow Six Siege... fell right off the radar quickly

You can count the personnel who have left Andromeda over the course of 2 years on one hand. And not all of them can seriously be considered "key personnel". Quit being melodramatic.

No.
BioWare GDC conf back in 2008 :
BioWare employs 26 writers in our Edmonton office, and we are a key part of the Design Team. The Lead Writer reports directly to the Lead Designers.
Though the projects usually begin with just the Lead Writer, the writing team starts to ramp up in pre-production, often adding another senior writer and eventually reaching a team size of 4-5 writers and an editor during full production.
Each writer will generally work on a specific area in the game, and usually only one writer will write a given character. Exceptions to this are the PC and the henchmen. However, even in this case there’s usually an owner for each of these characters who is responsible for reviewing all the writing and ensuring consistency.
We also to regular peer reviews of the areas and are our own worst critics. The peer reviews allow us to work out many of the early kinks in plot and character development before it gets reviewed by key stake holders. It also has the added benefit and ensuring that everyone on the team is familiar with each other’s work. This is very important later in the project as we start to downsize the writing team, but we’re still doing VO.
As a team, the other departments know they can come to us with any questions regarding the story.
Once the writing team is downsized, the editing team can be downsized, too.

and is barely active. Now I know yall "ooh those who left are not important is not the apocalypse" but let's say this heads south... WAY WAYYY SOUTH... yall remember this. Team members leaving with high positions mid way in development is not a good sign... then a game getting delayed with a follow up of people quitting is even a worse sign it may not be the end of BioWare no no... but may stink in the long run.

PC is a bit different since everyone plays CSGO on PC. It's also not NA primetime. Siege currently peaks at about 8-9k.

not just CS... but also COD, BF4 and others. Personally I play Red Orchestra 2... in short the PC is literally swimming with FPS shooters thanks to Doom lol. Also yes would love to try Siege as well... sad Patriots got cancelled though I was actually looking forward for that. I remember reading some theories [tin foil] that the devs were threatened by the US government if they did not change the game into siege because patriots involved a plot about American corruption or something

That's awesome. I can't wait to play it. Apparently it's *almost* too hard for Jos to beat, and he made it.
I wanna play!
