I don't get it. Can someone explain
He's just saying that creating specific builds of a game for E3 throw the regular development scheduling out of whack...
Since David retweeted it, I'm guessing he can empathize. ![]()

Oohhh yes, that's probably why the things we see at e3 or such events are often sooo different from the final game. Because they made a specific build on a rushed schedule specifically for that event but the actual project is on a completely different wave length.

And I imagine the lengthy prayers and mountain of sacrifices to the Dark Demo Gods so the damn thing will actually run when you need it to must chew in their Dev time as well... ![]()

Enemy ambush encounters really don't script themselves, I'll have you know. #space
I hope these are random encounters. It makes it better.

World And Science @WorldAndScience: Even travelling at the speed of light it would take 2 million years to reach the nearest large galaxy, Andromeda.
So... if you turned on your headlights, would they do anything? *Steven Wright*

I really really can't wait to see how do we travel to Andromeda...but my gut says we gonna find a giant wormhole, that shorcut our travel to Andromeda.

Ha!
We get around by using the latest, bleeding edge engines... like
1.- Quantum Slipstream Drive,
2.- FTL Drives,
3.- Worm Hole Drives,
4.- Sub-Space Drives,
5.- Warp Drives,
6.- Transwarp tech used by the Borg.
Warp speeds use the function v=w3c. Thus, Warp factor 2 = 8 times the speed of light and at Warp 7 we get a speed of 343c. interesting enough, the QSD (#1 above), makes the warp drive look like a speedy snail.
....... you name it, we got it.

I hope its something that imaginative. My gut says we go to sleep and go really, really fast.

Earth from Andromeda is 2,500,000 light-years.
30*365=10,950
2,500,000/10,950=228
So 228 years traveling.
Humans in ME live up to 150 years.
- We breed and the protagonist and the crew end up being the kids of the original travellers.
- We use cryogenic pods like the Protheans.
- We modify ourselves with Reaper tech like the Collectors.
- We clone ourselves like Cerberus did with Shepard
- We are actually cyborgs like EDI/Eva Coré.

I vote for 1. QSD -
I have no idea what it might do to the ladies' panties but it sure is a thing worth investigating. For science.
