Ask TRAYNOR if there are any SIDEQUESTS available. When she asks what a SIDEQUEST is, tell JOKER to FLY around random star systems scanning PLANETS until you find SOMETHING INTERESTING. Meanwhile, go talk to your CREW about their respective DADDY ISSUES.

But if we scan random PLANETS, won't we attract the attention of the REAPERS? If we do that it could result in some form of EPIC SPACE BATTLE...

Maybe we should do that...

Imagine if we had the option to fight the reapers every time we got spotted during planet scan.
I would love that.
Be able to participate in a space battle with a very low chance of beating the 2/3 Reapers.
Then you could get a trophy/achievement for beating them.

(wouldn't that break the lore)?

I'm sure you could explain it away by stating that you weren't being attacked by Soverign class Reapers. Rather much smaller ones (that are only twice the volume of the Normandy).

Reapers: Normandy detected, FTL giving away position.
Harbinger: Meh.
Reapers: Now they're pinging planets.
Harbinger: They're what?!  To the Petercopter!

According to the engineer dude, the new Normandy's IES drive system thingy can keep them from giving away their position even after dropping into/out of FTL, so that's how they can get into systems without the Reapers noticing.

Forget about ADAMS, go to the CITADEL and visit the SPECTRE TERMINAL.
Maybe you can give a GUN to a PTSD SUFFERING ASARI in HUERTA MEMORIAL HOSPITAL.
But DON'T GIVE A GUN TO ZAEED.

Yes. Clearly we must TALK TO ADAMS, because there was that STRANGE FIRE THING that happened while you were away that you SOMEHOW KNOW ABOUT with your SPACE MAGIC SOLDIER POWERS.

Well obviously his MAGIC SOLDIER POWERS let him READ THE SCRIPT so that he knows what is happening on the ship when he is out SAVING THE UNIVERSE.

Haha, just kidding. The ship smells like SMOKE from an electrical fire, but SHEPARD hasn't has time to pop his post-mission VICTORY BURRITO into the TOASTER OVEN yet, so it doesn't take a NATURE SURVIVAL BADGE to sense that something is wrong here. INVESTIGATE, and demand that TRAYNOR prepare the VICTORY BURRITO instead, while making some joke about her lady parts and kitchens.

Obviously we have not come up with an idea great enough to be immortalized through MS PAINT.

Lets think. What else could SHEPARD do?

Challenge TRAYNOR to a game of 'CHESS'. Having no skill at BOARDGAMES, this is obviously double-talk for something MORE ADVENTEROUS that two people can do in the CAPTAIN'S quarters...like VIDEO GAMES, obviously.

Go back to the CITADEL. Your SAVE THE UNIVERSE SENSES tell you that someone forgot their LAUNDRY when they were running away from the REAPERS, and you sense that helping them will somehow effect your MILITARY READINESS.

Go back to that CRAZY NIGHTCLUB OUTPOST that you used to hang out in when everyone thought you were DEAD. I'm sure the MERCENARY CRIMINALS that hang out there can help you.

I'm actually up for Lankist taking his time, so that he can maintain the excellent quality of posts.
If we rush him, his quality will drop.

However. I do wish BSN community could keep bumping this thread.
By the time Lankist gives us his next installment, this thread better still be alive!:wizard:

It'll be fine. We can use some medi-gel, and everything will be fine.

Perhaps, instead of doing all the loyalty missions in Mass Effect 2, Shepard should have brought hundreds of medigel to the mission.

Less time wasted killing mercenaries.
Or is medi-gel really expensive?

Could be that medi-gel is incredibly heavy too.
