Shepard quickly goes back and get the cerberus helmet that "MEAT MCHUGEASS" had throwed at the floor. Back at the door he puts it on and utilizing his skills in lies convinces the troopers that he's taking the "prisoners" to the other side for some important reason he can't say.

If the commanders superior lies were too somehow fail then out of random zaeed appears from the time loop that he is stuck in and in the blink of an eye makes an assessment of the situation and takes out the two cerberus troopers with his knives (which he can throw halfway into solid steel) and as quickly as he appeared, he dissapears back into the time loop and shepard can advance the plot.

kill the 2 cerberus guards, take the sheild for later use, then break the 4th wall to find the lost treasure and mark it on a detailed map so you can retreive it after you deal with the PLOT

Engage the cerberus guards in hand-to-hand combat. Since they don't have any arms(or hands) it should be a cakewalk.
