Scream like a big wussie girl at the ghost of admiral Hackett run to the infirmary pick up Kaiden bring him to the QEC and use him to try and bludgeon the ghost "Ghost" to death ... or ... something anyway Destroy the QEC in the process.

Pick up a new one from Argos on the way to the Citadel. This time with gold plated controls for a swag bonus.
