Go back to the CERBERUS TROOPERS and disguise SHEPARD and TRAYNOR in their ARMOUR. Then, go follow LIARA. It should be a simple matter to SNEAK up next to the TROOPERS in your disguise and eliminate them while they are FREAKED OUT by JENKINS.
