So I had just completed the squad requirement for MASTIFF and was buying some packs.  I bought a Recruit pack, then a Spectre, then two Veterans.  Upon the second Veteran purchase, I lost connection to the server and was sent back to the main menu.  I figured I could just enter back into multiplayer and receive what I had purchased (since this has happened to me before, and as soon as I re-entered multiplayer that time, the game deducted the credits owed and had the first screen be the items I now had, rather than the character screen). 

Upon doing so, I lost connection again at the loading screen.  On the third try, I found that my multiplayer stuff had, for lack of a better word, been rebooted.  All classes were at level 1, all weapons and upgrades were gone, all unlocked races were gone, etc.

This is kind of irritating, considering how long it takes to be able to get those upgrades, weapons, and characters.  Is there something I can do, or should I set about rebuilding from scratch?
