Just goes to show that they are not listening to anybody here. I have almost never seen a thread suggesting more humans, but have seen countless threads for turian infiltrators, asari AY, etc and they go and add 7 more humans. What a slap to the face.

Are you serious? Two things:
1. It's unconfirmed. Before getting indignant at how the developers are ignoring the community, you could at least do them the courtesy of waiting to hear if the suggested DLC is even remotely accurate.
2. Previous DLC releases have been pretty much exactly what the community asked for (see Kroguard, Vorcha, Geth, Batarians, Male Quarians, permanent wargear etc.). As have many balance changes. Hell, the upcoming "Extended Ending" DLC is nothing but one giant favor to one incredibly whiny community. If anything, BioWare listens to their customers TOO MUCH and surrenders their artistic and design integrity to frothing masses who don't necessarily have the slightest clue what makes good additions.
You're whining right now.Dracian wrote...
More humans. Great.
However, free DLC, so I don't whine.

Where is this confirmed as legit?

The rumored characters here have the "N7" title associated with them. "N7" is the Alliance military's Special Operations branch. It's the best and the brightest, from whose numbers we have the characters Kaiden Alenko, Shepherd, Jacob Taylor, and even Kai Leng.
These would be the Alliance "unique" characters, like the Asari Justicars or Krogan Battlemasters.

Jacob was a Corsair, not N7. Black ops. I'm sure it's an elite group but it's no N7. Kaiden isn't N7 either. He (or Ashley) gets to be a Spectre but that's about it. The only real N7 members we have documented are Shepard (obviously), Captain/Admiral/Councilor Anderson, and Kei Leng. Depending upon some choices in ME3, also Lee Riley and James Vega. </lore nerd>

Corsairs weren't official Alliance soldiers, and could be denied affiliation if they failed their missions and were captured.
Also who cares if it's more humans? Earth based DLC and give us Drells and Turians? Naw. As long as they contribute something new to the game (Heck Whipguards have replaced Novaguards as my favorite vanguards now.)
Besides: PALADIN. If it's the Vanguard, I will personally give each and every one of you a bro-five.
I'm almost positive that Kaiden/Ashley were brought into the N7 program at some point.Rifneno wrote...

That's what black ops means man.
Agree on the rest of it. As a traditional RPG fan I've gotta admit I'm looking forward to paladins.

Fair enough. Still, it looks like the Paladin will be the Soldier class, with Fury as the Vanguard. <_<
Other than that: Yay more DLC! Now everyone stop whining and enjoy the new stuff when it eventually comes out!

If I was to guess:
Paladin= Sentinel
Slayer= Soldier
Destroyer= Adept
Fury= Vanguard
Demolisher= Engineer
Shadow= Infiltrator
Anyway, I hope they're not all human. I'm fine with 2 more, but 6 is too much.
