I'll let someone else list all of them but the biggest would probably be Dark Void, Just Cause 2, Wings of Prey, Starcraft 2 and Guild Wars 2 - it looks like it could be a pretty dull year actually. Although there are a couple of games on the Horizon like Black Prophecy, Brink, Supreme Commander 2 and Interstellar Marines which are much more interesting but may or may not release this year.
All games above are on PC but some of them may have console versions as well.

Another believer, I see.
For some reason, Russians tend to make the best dark post-apocalyptic games.

Mass Effect 2 and Final Fantasy XIII for me. I don't think The witcher 2 will actually be released next year, so I'm not putting it on the list.

Starwars The Old Republic MMO
Final Fantasy might be nice

Mass Effect 2
Honestly now, do I even need to give reasons? I am going crazy from anticipation. Well... crazier than I am normally.
Star Wars: The Old Republic
Quit WoW a few months ago, and now I need me a new MMORPG to play. I thought I was going to get the shakes from WoW withdrawal, but I haven't missed the game at all. Rather odd. Temptation to renew my account looms ominously along the horizon though...
Assassin's Creed 2 (for the PC!)
The console version looks fantastic. Buuuuut I'm a strict PC gamer, so here I wait.
Starcraft II
You know, I kind of have a love/hate relationship with SC2. There are moments when I feel like I really, really, really want to play this game... but then there are other moments when I just don't care. I experience the latter more and more often nowadays. Still, I'll end up getting SC2 anyway.
Hrm... nothing else springs to mind. I'd say SW:TOR is the game I'm most looking forward to, with ME2 coming in second.

Hmmm 2 Bioware releases and one Blizz. I also have come to the end of my WOW enjoyment, and SWTOR just hits me as the new comer. since my first MMO was SWG (pre-NGE) but Blizz does make some good games also

On the off chance it'll actually arrive in 2010, then MechWarrior is what I'm anticipating the most.
But I have my eye on ME2, Dark Void and Alpha Protocol. Also Deus Ex 3 but I'm not sure when that's coming either.
