I'd be pretty surprised if it doesn't get pushed back to 2011.
ME2, of course.
How are they doing TFU 2?
*spoilers*
You either die or get turned into part robot thing.

In my time not catching up on this and past years' great games - Fallout 3, Mass Effect (the first one), Dragon Age, Borderlands - I am anticipating:
Starwars: Old Republic. - Back in the day I bought an XBOX just to play KoTOR. And it was worth it. But then I played and paid for one too many an "unfinished" game (*cough - avoids eye contact with Bioware*cough*) and quit video gaming altogether. Must say I am looking forward to this one however.
Mass Effect 2 - I haven't played the first one, I know. Obviously I will to transfer Shepards. But I'm keen to see a good Space Opera in action. I almost feel as if I've got an ideal situation, in that I can get both games and play them in marathon, like the folk who don't watch TV save for DVD compilations...
And finally -
Star Trek Online - Yes. Nerd. Yes Space Fleet and Away missions. Yes Alien race creator. Mine will be just like humans but with like, I don't know, 12 eyebrows. Yes photon torpedoes. Yes. I'm old. Yes.
Other than that I want to just futz around and learn the Toolset for Dragon Age.
Left for Dead (insert #) - Is it good? Are they making a toolkit, too? Does everyone nowadays?

I was looking forward to this one, until Cryptic got it's hands on it. With their other MMO's like Champions Online and City of Heroes, it seems like STO will pretty much BLow Chunks. Maybe I'm wrong here but Star Trek has got to be the hardest Universe to base an MMO on.
Just my 2 creds

If you're hinting at KotOR 2, that was Obsidian, not BioWare.
Anyway, I'm looking forward to:
ME2, Alpha Protocol, and SWTOR (if it is released). Also, someone mentioned the new Prince of Persia. I haven't been checking up on it, but if it is indeed coming out this year, that as well.
Edit: Also, forgot Fallout: New Vegas. I'm looking forward to seeing what some of the original creators of the series can do with it.

Thought about Assassin's Creed 2 as well(PC user here), as it's been getting vastly superior reviews, but I haven't even played the original. I'm not sure if I could put myself through the original if it's as bad as people say.
I thought it was fun. But then, I don't think strolling up to someone and stabbing them with a hidden blade then strolling away while guards and others begin to mill around wondering what happens ever gets old...
My therapist is working with me on this, however...

Battlefield: Bad Company 2
MGS: Peace Walker
KH: Birth By Sleep
Sakura Wars: So Long, My Love
Resonance of Fate
and a few others I hope are released in 2010 but I'm not holding my breath (Starcraft 2: Wings of Liberty, Battlefield 3, The Witcher 2, Diablo 3, Ar Tonelico 3, Disgaea Infinite)
I'm tempted to say Mass Effect 2 and FF XIII but after ME 1 and FF XII, it might be best to keep expectations low so I'm more likely to enjoy them.

Maybe Guild Wars 2.

and I want to see what both the Star Wars and Star Trek MMOs look like. Not an MMO guy, but TOR is Bioware so I'll look, and there are features of the Star Trek game (from Cryptic, the company closest to making me like MMOs so far (Mythic did an admirable try as well)) that I find interesting.
