My hopes for the EC are high, and yet my expectations are very low. I hope it is so well written and well made that it not only covers over all of the plot holes, confusion, and stupidity, but it works in the endings we had (along with the Starbrat) in a way that actually improves the ending to the point of acceptability.

However, I'm expecting a lackluster epilogue, some questions I can ask the starchild, and most of the problems to stay intact, if not slightly worsened. You can put glitter on a horrifying wound, yet it doesn't hurt any less.

Feel pretty much the same, I have hops for the EC but I have fears for the EC too

Nice spoony reference, but no.

This is his betrayl moment, and I agree, this was a worse EA destruction of a franchise than anything that happened in mass effect or dragon age.

Watch the first 10 minutes of it and tell me if any of it sounds familiar.

I know they are trying, I'm just not sure it'll work.   Too many here have already dismissed the EC and seem to lack the open mind to see that the EC may help the endings even if it's not 100% of what they wanted.

I agree with you, the dlc is hated before it's out. This means that the EC won't end up well no matter how hard they try, personally, it's a shame that this happens.

I agree. The true damage is that apathy has set in for many....that is much worse than anger. I have hope for the EC, but they have definitely lost a good number of fans and cred that they may never get back.

I'm glad that they're trying, but it has taken months, and every additional week from the launch date we get more and more people simply stop caring.

This is the sad part, because I personally think the ME franchise deserved MUCH more.

I don't hate him, he just acts like a bit of a dick sometimes and is really rude to people. No denying he's a funny guy though.

I have lost a great deal of respect for Mr. Hudson but I'm more than willing to give him a second chance, but that's because it's who I am.

People where I come from would kill for second chances. Bioware has one, and I have faith that with everyone involved and a list of complaints, we'll see that same old magic again.

Trust takes years to build, seconds to break and forever to repair.


And yes, I want reunion and a HAPPY ending. If I wanted a sad and depressing ending I would just watch the news... or even just look out my window.
