So, a few days ago I began playing DA-Origins again, as unsually not logged in, never bother much for this. I own a copy of the collectors edition and awakening since release, and the stone prisoner/CE-Items-DLCs. Both DLC I have redeemed years ago and never had any problems...

Last Year my computer crashed and I have a new one. I reinstalled DAO and could always play without any problems. Yet I also had to change the E-Mail-Adress of my BSN-Account shortly after this...

Now today out of fun I wanted to log-in and play, but it still showed the old E-Mail-Adress in the loading screen. I frowned at this already, but decided to use the new and right one...and now I cannot access my old saves because my DLC are named unauthorized...I am royally annoyed.

None of my research online has brought up any idea how to solve this, if even possible at all...if anyone has an idea...*sigh*...

Other than this maybe I should just buy the complete edition with all the DLC I am missing and start anew...I hope you can redeem and register games a second time? does this cause problems? This whole Online-Registration for single players really is *grumbles and mumbles*

Do you see your DLC when you use the menu on the left of this website and go to Profile > Your Registered Game content? If so, log in with the same e-mail and password you use to log into this site, and you should be good. If the DLC is not authorizing, then I suspect you haven't installed the 1.05 patch.

If you don't see your DLC associated with this account, then you'll need to go to help.ea.com for customer support.

And to answer your other question-- yes, you can buy the Ultimate Edition and register it, even if you own a copy of the original version of the game.

I have this problem as well, I changed my email address and now I can't access any of my dlc. I have actually purchased the game twice (bought original game and awakening then ultimate edition cause I couldn't get enough lol) Now apparently, even with the ultimate edition, all my dlc is unauthorized. If you want a screenshot I can provide one (if I knew how to upload pics to forums), but all my game content shows its registered here on the website. Please fix this because my save files won't work without it.

Edit: I tried the patch but apparently it isn't for the steam version of the game and won't install. I tried reinstalling the game which does nothing. I play on the steam version.

You'll need to sync you old DLC authorization with you new email address. 

Enter your old  EA credentials here: https://profile.ea.com/, then choose "Update My Info".
