I know it is not impossible (looking at you Tangster), but when they banned you they must have had evidence, in this case you might have had expoited bugs to get more credits for example. Maybe you had played with a cheater, gotten millions of credits in a single match and spent them, I don't know and can't tall.
Appeal to BioWare as is explained in the stickied topics up there and if you really didn't do any of the things I had just listed and think you have been wronged, they ought to give you clarity.

Hello, I have some questions to BioWare and very important. For some reason, I zeroed in the game Mass Effect 3 and, moreover, also be routed network requires. Third-party programs, I do not use return as well as cheats. All my stats were raised by honest so I ask you to find a solution to this problem.
You have every single Ultra-Rare at Level X.
Possible?

Is English as a primary language a requirement for the game, now? Personally, I can't speak anything but one language, so I have a lot of respect for people who can speak two (or more).

I think that 122 is the amount of times he's promoted. My N7 is 471 and my Galaxy at War shows that at 12.
exactly, was just about to explain. Im N7 600, but my rating is 16. this guys rating is 122...

There are a few things that stick out though. Like others have said your level 3 consumables are oddly high and all of your N7 UR's are maxed out. Granted, that alone means nothing, since I'm well on my way there too. I can see from your promotions that you're 3600+ in N7, so you've obviously put some time in, though on the flipside if you had a gazillion unearned credits the cards you reap from that alone could get you there. But having the Harrier at X already is definitely a little strange, since it would've taken millions of credits to get there. That also on its face isn't so impossible, but there is one thing that jumped out at me about your record that I don't think anyone's mentioned yet, and that's your galaxy at war rating. It most definitely isn't indicative of someone who spends the types of hours playing that someone would need to in order to have a manifest such as yours. It doesn't show someone who has played anywhere near enough to have been able to save the credits you would've needed in order to have the Harrier at X. That I think is the one thing that glares out to me the most.
That's not to say that any of it means anything. Just that there are definitely some red flags in your profile, many of which bioware saw themselves. But we all are wrong sometimes, so if you have solid ground to stand on then appeal your case and you'll be fine.

A friend of mine has all original UR's X plus Harrier X, without even saving creds b4 dlc release. When you already have that many UR's X, the you still have the same chances of getting anUR card, but with fewer available UR's to go up, those guns will lvl up fast. He also is low on the new gear, bcus of the way it is released. Rare gear will never be one of the 2 reg rare cards in a PSP, it will be the one b4 them, making it a rarer rare, Unless you go for reg SP, which most high N&'s just dont wana do cus they want the UR's
TUST ME his manifest looks completely reasonable (though admittedly I cant say it IS legit)

Seems like he spent a ton of his own money on packs then, though he probably didn't tell ya that lol.
It only came out what, last tuesday afternoon? At 99,000 creds per PSP and an average (if you're lucky) droprate of 1 UR in 20, and an average gold game of 35 minutes including queue and load times before and after, and you have 165 hours worth of gaming on average needed since last Tuesday. Again, not impossible, nor are the numbers absolute, but it does make it a bit improbable.

Also Gear only drops in equipment slots, so you will NEVER get gear as part of the obligatory rares of PSP.
If you people want Gear the Best option is to buy a ****ton of veteran packs and hope to get lucky, that is why is easier to unlock EVERYTHING else BUT gear using PsP.
