Grenades become power with 20s cooldown (worst case scenario, which is unlikely since they would stack) that does not colide with other powers? OP...

I think the Grenade gear was not intended to solve grenade stocking problems (from ammo boxes)... I think it was made so that people would make use of Thermal clip packs more often...
But i really like the idea... I would prefer a consistent stock of grenades than increasing their numbers... 7-8 nades is just too much.. And Infiltrators doesn't even break Cloak when you are using them and it gives em bonus damage..

Suit yourself, but there's amazing damage potential in those things. Any non-shielded, unarmored enemy can't survive one of them when specced right on Gold and if you throw two of them even bosses armor takes a massive hit.

The only Incendiary Grenade class I use is the Bat. Soldier, and I use explosive Ballistic Blades as mock grenades.

I use both. 
I'm just saying that 2700 damage against health and 3400 against armor with the ability to stack is some serious damage. You might not use them, but the only grenade that really isn't that great is the sticky (and even that has got it's uses).

The sticky can do some serious burst damage on armored targets and incindiary grenades are like giant blankets of death. Some people don't like them, but I sure do.

I'd still like it to add a couple grenades, but I kind of like OP's idea tbh. It would still allow you to spam grenades throughout the match, just not 8-9 of them at once. Not having to visit ammo boxes with the grenade upgrade equipped would be really nice.

Its completely unfair that grenades require ammunition pick ups in the first place, look at proximity mine and how powerful it is, its just a power that you can spam and cause mass havoc with. Why should grenades be different?

Well you know, that's how daddy does it. It's like rock, papper, scissors.

I'm already getting sick of seeing arc grenades everywhere without them regenerating. How about let's not make another god mode for people to exploit?

Putting limits on the ammo boxes seems silly. Why not just make touching one fully resupply you with thermal clips and grenades

To be fair, ammo packs should not refill all of your grenades either and should instead provide a fixed amount per pack. It is pretty crazy to use an ammo pack and get 8+ grenades from it when you need to run from ammo crate to ammo crate for a few minutes to do the same. Also, ammo crates refilling grenades is bad design as players are fighting over the same supply. Instead each wave should replenish a fixed amount of grenades making them more strategic and less about getting there first. Overall the grenades were poorly designed from the start and not they are much, much worse all due to one bad design decision after another.

Umm to be fare, isn't that the exact reason a game exists. To satisfy a need for fun,  I don't think any game company comes out and says we want to not satisfy anyone and suck. I think the idea is for everyone to have a satisfactory experience and enjoy the game. That said, I would love to get the grenade upgrade gear.

I am honestly confused as to why having some on your team with the ability to demolish a group instantly is a bad thing. If someone. Would explain why more firepower is a bad thing I would appreciate it. How can something be overpowered when its being used with a common goal in mind. If this was another run of the mill player vs player game, it would be understandable. But again, this is a team oriented game. Am I wrong in my thinking?

It's a bad thing when it upsets the balance of a game.  Certain characters have certain strengths and weaknesses.  If one character can find a sort of loophole to offset these that other characters can't then it takes some of the fun out of the game, no one else is playing at the same level.  The arc grenade is an extremely strong power, but it's supposed to be offset by limited capacity.  If people can have 48 grenades per match without having to go to ammo crates and without having to worry about cooldowns it throws the balance way off.
