I just "lost my connection to the Mass Effect 3 server" and when I came back in from the main menu, everything I had was erased. The system was treating me as if I had never played before, and I have N7 over 1500. Help!

Hold the "CTRL" key and tap the "A" key to select all. 6. Tap the "Delete" key on your keyboard and accept the "Are you sure you want to delete these files" prompt.
