this was probably the most elitist thread message (OP) i have seen in here so far. Wishing for the "n00bs" to crawl back where they came from and dont disturb the elitist gentlement club the OP is member of.

Some people should really get off their high horses.
If you dont like others which dont meet your criteria to play gold, then dont go random on gold and only play with friends.

Nobody has the right to tell somebody else to play this or that. if they lose too many times most likely they will try to get better which would make them more valuable to have in your team or they will go back to silver.

but whining as a gold player over silver guys coming up and ruining your game?
And some people wonder why they cant be taken seriously by others with statements like this (OP).

There is a harder silver and still easier than gold. It's called FBWGG.

Although some may argue it being easier than silver (and I tend to agree).

To be fair, you're talking completely out your posterior.  Do you know for a fact that bad Gold players are moving up because they find Silver too easy?  My guess is no.  Anybody who finds Silver easy even with bad teammates is probably good enough for Gold.  The problem isn't Silver being too easy, it's players who are too dense to realize that they aren't good enough for Gold.  Take the bad players who are stinking up your Gold games and throw them into Silver, and I doubt they will be cleaning up and carrying the team.

I don't think it's easier than Silver.  You can clear Silver pretty consistently with 4 decent players. You need at least one good player to be consistently successful on FBWGG, or else you will fail often on your objective missions.

 That is interesting because a small part of the community feels that gold is too easy too? 0_0 The fact is that if you play a harder difficulty the regular game will feel like a cakewalk. People who solo gold have mastered how the enemy "thinks" and where they will spawn. So playing PUBs can feel like a joke. Then the people who arent as expirienced still get frustrated and if bioware buffs the enemy because you feel it is too easy they will only have a harder time and you will think to yourself why cant they kill the simplest enemies it is so easy. The people dont flock to gold games because silver is too easy, maybe some do, it is because there is more money to be gained in one gold game letting them unlock gear at a faster rate. They only see a greater reward and the hope that someone might carry them.

A gold game is covers the cost of a spectre pack. A silver game covers the cost of a veteran pack or a equipment pack. A bronze game covers the cost of recruit packs.The reward is fine.

Yeah, except the "noobs" you speak of can't pass Silver anyway.  Ego is the problem, not the difficulty levels.  These people come from single player where they can pause the action, aim at what they want, set powers to go off and then unpause to destroy the enemy.  They think that if they can do Insanity on SP then they can handle Gold.  However, after getting destroyed a couple times in Gold, they come to Silver and get handled again, so they retreat to Bronze.

silver is meant to be medium diffculty their is no reason they need to make it harder just play gold and if you think you're so badass try gold with only yourself I doubt you will last too long or better yet ask for that platnium diffculty everyone keeps asking for
