Hi!

I got a very disturbing bug when I recently finished a multiplayer match. I promoted my Infiltrator, went back to the lobby and accidently clicked on the store button which lead to a game crash. After restarting ME3 the earned Credits of the last two or three hours (approx. 300.000 to 350.000 Credit) were gone. Furthermore my Infiltrator was back to Lv. 16. And now I have two different N7-Level -> 5050 at the leaderboards and 5033 at the lobby.

I am a little bit afraid that this could be mis-interpreted as cheating.

I had a live-chat where I got the information that they are unable to help me. I shall post my problem to the forum, so is there anyone could tell me, if this issue is known and what I can do?

I can confirm this, as I was the host of said games. We played several random / random / Gold games and everything went normal. After Aximaloter got disconnected, his Infiltrator wasn't at the same level as before although he immediately re-joined, same with his N7 rank.

I can confirm this, too. I participated in all the matches mentioned above and witnessed the sudden drop in N7 lvl and char lvl of the author.

Same here, but I just lost EVERYTHING! Characters, weapons, mods, credits - all went back to zero.

I had a similar problem last night - game got stuck in the store. After restarting I had lost all credits, xp, and N7 rank earned over the course of three games. The difference is my current N7 rank is the same in both leaderboard and lobby.

Whew. Problem solved, thankfully it seems that it was only a temporary issue.
