I managed to activate the console and am playing as a female mage using the human noble origin.
Everything worked (YESSSS!)
but
the DLC for Stone Prisoner and Warden's Keep are not active in game, yet I have the Blood Dragon Armor & the Edge Dagger.
How do I activate the rest of my DLC?

Ok, after fussing around with this a bit, it looks like I can reload the DLC, the problem is you lose the items you get at the start, like the blood dragon chest armor, the fomari band, the tomes and the edge dagger.
That's probably a consequence of overwriting the character's class with the mage class and having the entire inventory reset. There are so many good armors, that not using the Blood Dragon isn't a problem. The formari band and tomes are nice, but not really needed. The edge dagger isn't needed either since there are better daggers later on.
What's most important is that the DLC seems to work and I can get the other items, like Bergen's Honor, from the vendors like I am supposed to later on. So it looks like a win-win. I'll have to see later on what else I broke by using the console, but so far....I'm happy!
