I would have liked more characters outside of the Normandy to be options as LI. Firstly, Shepard shouldn't be pursuing someone he/she is directly commanding. Secondly, it would require more commitment on the player's part to maintain, that that should be worthy of a reward (in the case of Tevos, she could grant Shepard more access to stuff secretly).
