I'm hoping someone can help me. I just bought the DA:O Ultimate Edition
as a download from Amazon. Loaded the game, installed, etc. I go to
create my character and the eye color won't change. It makes that
'click' which means it should be changing, but no change. I uninstalled
and then reinstalled the game and same problem. Does anyone know how
to fix this? Thanks so much in advance! I LOVE both the DA games, but
have always played on my 360. Now that I have a decent computer to load
games on, this is my first go at DA:O for the computer and already ran
into a problem BEFORE adding mods. Very unhappy

I did have a live chat with an EA rep, but she told me to post my question here or to another forum that has experienced DA users. 

Thanks for any help you can give me.  I truly appreciat it!  Looking forward to being able to play on the PC now too.

Low image quality settings contain limited textures for eye colors. You can accept poorer performance, jerky animation, etc, or you can update to a more powerful graphics solution.
